What is a Pole Pocket?

Pole pockets:The pole pocket is an open sleeve of the diameter of your choice, allowing a cable or a rigid bar in aluminum, wood or steel to pass through. It lets you hang the visual like a roll-up banner. Often called roll-up banner hangers (self-clamping bars are available for indoor use). The top pole pocket is used for hanging, the bottom one for weighting your visual. So plan for ballast suited to the size of your canvas and its fabric weight (g/m²).
How to determine the width of the pole pocket?
Measure your bar or profile (round or square tube), take this value laid flat and add 20%.
Example: a tube 60mm in diameter = a 90mm pole pocket laid flat, i.e. 9cm x 2 (front and back) = 20cm in addition to your artwork size for the top and 20 cm for the bottom of the roll-up banner to create a pole pocket that will be easy to use.
